Our Story
If Missy were to be a girl or a woman , she would be vibrant, classy, mysterious yet chic. The brand was envisioned to offer women comfort without compromising on style. Our journey has been a very personal and emotional one.
Our co-founder Bhavna Kanakia who is also a mother to two adorable girls – Kimaya & Sanaya was always scouting for hair accessories that could style her girls in a jiffy with minimal effort. This ignited her creative spark and she stroked it with her entrepreneurial spirit to embark on an adventure called MISSY.
We want every girl/woman to have limitless choices when it comes to accessories- be it a simple day-to-day affair or a very precious occasion. All our products are selectively designed and made with the highest quality. Our designs are unique and sophisticated, fresh and exciting. We understand you value comfort as much as fashion and we incorporate your need in our designs striking a perfect balance between subtle and statement.The collections are ever-changing, evolving with seasonal styles, colors and trends and there will always be something new offered to the fashion aficionado.
1. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
2. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
3. Conditions for Returns:
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
-The Goods are in the original packaging
4. The following Goods cannot be returned:
A. The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
B.The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiration is over.
C.The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed before and after delivery.
D.The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
5. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
